Obtaining accurate information from an impartial party can be priceless. We can check on items you may be considering buying or even renting. We do include checking on real estate rentals and even checking the surrounding neighborhood. Other times people actually have us make the purchase and receive the items. Even contacting people that may be difficult to contact by normal means, we can physically call on. We can even check on contractors or work you have hired someone for. This way you know before you pay.

We can perform many other services. We are limited by your imagination…as well as Florida law.

  • Mobile notary $10
  • Document Courier (includes waiting for return) $20
  • Surveillance (1 hour minimum. $77hr Billed by the 1/2 hour)
  • Interview is the same rate as surveillance
  • Equipment pickup and delivery negotiable
  • Field audits negotiable
  • Follow up fieldhit: 50%*
  • This is for following due to a lack of success. NOT following up broken arrangements or new issues.

Above prices are guidelines and can be adjusted before completing assignment.
