Who We Are

As previously mentioned S.S.I. is a licensed and insured investigative agency. Although our agency has only been around for eight years, this does not accurately show our extensive experience. Our management team started in 1999 with a recovery (repossession) agency. In 2001 we opened up a sister agency. This was an investigation agency solely used to support our primary business with more difficult cases. In 2007, when the “Great Recession” hit, we found that our clients seemed to need a different kind of help. They needed knowledge, that could mostly only be obtained locally, on whether or not an account could be saved. Repossessions became a less attractive option.

So, we decided to start from scratch and work with our customers with the goal of obtaining information so that they may make a well informed decision. This has resulted in a client base that is not only loyal but also more financially sound due to these options.

Our coverage area in the south and central Atlantic coast as well as recently expanding to the greater Orlando area. We hope to expand to other areas in the future, but want to make sure that the high standards of quality we set will be maintained.

What and Why we do it.

We have all been in situations where the problem appears to be one thing and ultimately we find out it was  something entirely different.  Many times it is just a matter of seeing and knowing the situation better.

We assist businesses of all sizes as well as consumers giving them “eyes on the ground” so they can make the best decision in a given situation. Whether it is contacting, mobile notary and document handling, a drive-by, or even assisting with some non industry specific work (ie, not checking wiring). We are really only limited by our clients needs and, of course Florida laws.

One of the biggest issues we here from our clients is the matter of receivables. We looked into this and found some very disturbing facts. We now assist our clients to help recover their own receivables. We are not a collection agency but are willing to contact and complete possible pre-legal and legal information. In many cases the debtor resolves the issue when they are confronted with the fact that they can not just ignore someone. We find this to be an excellent service and encourage our clients to try us out for this.

We take great pride in playing a supporting role that allows people to work smartly completing tasks that may not have been possible otherwise. We look forward to hearing from you.
