Q. What is a field hit?
A. Our field hit is to go out up to two times (or two addresses) to gather information to report back to our client. Pictures are included if needed.
Q. What are your qualifications?
A. We are a licensed and insured private investigative agency. This means that only licensed investigators do the actual case work.
Q. Do I really need an investigative agency to handle my business?
A. No! You can use anybody you want. Of course our licensed agents are qualified through the state of Florida as well as the F.B.I.
They are also trained to state standards. Do you really know who is handling your work at these other companies?
Q. Why are different types of work priced differently? Isn't it all the same?
A. Our experience has shown that certain types of field hits have different expenses and also success rates causing multiple attempts.
Q. Do you do contingent work where I only pay on the success of the assignment?
A. We do review each situation on a case by case basis. We try not to work too much on contingent because it tends to lend itself to opposite goals. We want to align ourselves as closely as possible with the client to have the best chances for a successful assignment.
